its a fraud website i have ordered something sent kachra insite now no one is picking phone not replying on emails

Please don't buy products from this website. They are cheating people. I ordered a product but when I received I was shocked to see cheap kind of cloth which is totally different from what i ordered. I ordered for 799/- Rs. But that cheap product cost not more than 150/- Rs. I kindly request everyone not to buy any product. I tried to contact them but they are not responding to the calls. I really wasted money by believing this bloody product.

They are working like government company
Always raise the request then reply after week
Resolving 3 months or 6 months
Purely government type
I suggest all don't buy this if you want to grow your business
Check other services like Shopify.. 100% better than Bikayi

Extremely Dissatisfied with BIKAYI.COM's Website Builder's Poor Service and below par Results. Never ever pay Prepaid plans from them. They dont provide Trial period option, Because if someone tried their website builder they will never go with them. I lost my 1 year Plan amount, moreover i missed my launch date, existing customers and 1 year full business apart from mental trauma by taking their plan and dealing with the customer service & technical team.
From the very beginning, the company's technical knowledge was subpar. They were slow to respond to my inquiries and often provided vague or unhelpful answers. It felt like they didn't value my business or take my project seriously.
The project was riddled with missed deadlines. Initially, they promised a completion time of four weeks, but it stretched to over three months. This delay caused significant inconvenience and frustration, as I was unable to launch my business as planned.
Despite claiming expertise in website development, the company demonstrated a shocking lack of technical skills. The website had numerous glitches and bugs, resulting in a frustrating user experience. It was evident that proper testing and quality assurance were overlooked, leaving me to deal with the consequences.
Throughout the process, there was a lack of effective communication and collaboration between the company and me. They failed to incorporate my feedback and suggestions adequately, and it seemed like they were not interested in ensuring my satisfaction as a client.

Overall, I was hoping 6 months site will be OK, But I never launched my site, not a single rupee I earned from their service.

Totally worst service, do not trust their services, do not subscribe for their WhatsApp broadcast service

I have purchased 29999 Rs with full ultimate but there is not worth it because they do not support Facebook API conversation and more feature-related marketing. even the team also not helpful in solving our query don't buy this package because they are a Cheater company.

Support staff is so poor, they don't understand basic issues. They always ask for images, videos every new day. One issue is resolved, another pops up. Business coach changes often. Referral program not working. Basic issues exist, not properly tested. total waste of time. their issues impact business and they don't solve promptly.

Totally a scam website as there is how possible that a 1.3 lakhs phone you get in 33 k INR It's not possible and this is only scam or selling damage products
