I placed an order on the 30th of August. it is now the 6th of November and the status of my order is still “awaiting shipment”. At first I wasn’t too worried as I live in a country where it’s common to have to wait a long time for online purchases but after the first month of no progress or updates, I emailed asking why I am still waiting for shipment. 2 days later I was informed that it was a “hot selling item” and because of this, shipment takes longer but they will send it as soon as it is “ready”. They also offered to replace it with another item if i was not willing to wait. This was an acceptable enough answer at the time, so I decided to wait and I asked them to send consistent updates. I also asked how long the wait would be and all I got was that they “will arrange asap”. On the 16th of September I reached out again asking if there were any updates and again how long will the wait be approximately, only to be met with the exact same email I got before about it being a hot selling item. I replied saying simply, that I would like to know the waiting time again and once again was told they will arrange asap”. This is when I got frustrated as my questions where not being answered as it was clear they only sent automated emails as replies and it was clear that I won’t get any useful information and I might have wasted my money. Today I asked for a refund which I am concerned I will not get.

Another scam site using copied pictures of mine and other designers work. They even use Meta ads targeted on to my followers. Bet you don’t get anything at all, at least definitely nothing close to what they pretend to offer.

Typical site that steals pictures from original and ships garbage. Sequin applique dress showed up as a PRINT of the original. Scam.
