Wei was incredibly punctual both starting and ending our session. He used plenty of oil and I got a really good deep tissue rub. Wei is a lovely person and I got a terrific rub.

Julia was fantastic! Great we're working out that really hard knots, and listening to what I had to say. I felt like a million bucks after!

I am writing this review not just for myself, but for the hardworking massage therapist this company treated with complete disrespect.
I booked a massage through Big Toe Mobile Massage in Charlotte for a family member who had just come out of major surgery — a six hour procedure. Less than an hour before the appointment, his medical team informed us that massage was not safe for him at this stage of his recovery.

I immediately contacted Big Toe Mobile Massage by email — their only available contact method, which is a problem in itself — to explain the situation and request a reschedule.

They responded that I was outside their three hour cancellation window and therefore could not reschedule.

I then followed up asking whether they would honor my payment toward a future appointment, given that the service could not be delivered due to a medical emergency beyond anyone's control. They never responded to that email.

Their massage therapist — who had already arrived at the hospital and handled this entire situation with extraordinary grace and professionalism — personally advocated for me via text, asking the company to honor my payment. Their response to her made it clear that I was welcome to rebook — but would need to pay again in full.

That means paying $179 twice and receiving one session. For a medical emergency cancellation.

And when their therapist asked whether she would be compensated for showing up today, they told her she would only receive 50% of what I paid.

This company ignored a grieving family member in a medical crisis, refused to honor a payment for a service never rendered, and shortchanged their OWN hardworking massage therapist in the process.

Zero stars would be more accurate.

Jennifer was punctual, great energy, and gave a great massage. It as an all around terrific experience.

I found Bigtoe on a Google search at 430 pm and I got an appointment with Daniel N. for 6 pm in the comfort of my hotel room. I went to Nashville for a sporting event and pulled my back and left knee on the first day so I was pretty concerned about recovering fast enough to play the next day. Daniel gave me an incredible 90 minute massage. He's a wealth of self care knowledge. Highly recommend his services. I will definitely book him again the next time I'm in Nashville.

Great experience with a really fantastic masseuse. Would use this service again for sure. Booking process was pretty straight forward and the option to add upgrades was nice too

Kina came out on Mother’s Day for my wife’s massage. She was very kind and professional. We will definitely book with her again!

While traveling, my back went bad, probably from the hotel beds. Stephanie was able to get my pain to stop and get me back on my feet!

Booked an appointment. Girl didnt show. They didnt want to refund me. Terrible service. Stay away.

The reason for this lower rating for this particular massage app is two fold. 1) the app is not detailed enough or flexible enough to allow you to discuss time frames, or options etc. Once they line you up with a masseuse you don’t have the ability or opportunity to choose from any others who might want the job, if you don’t like who they chose for you plus you can’t cancel without losing your money. . You are limited to whomever they select for you. The app in general is just not very flexible. 2) second, their customer service is pretty terrible. Not helpful at all or accommodating and definitely not customer oriented. If you wish to change the time, even if the masseuse agrees to it, they will charge you $75 for any changes. If you don’t like who they chose for you and want to cancel you get billed the entire amount. It’s just very inflexible and the customer service is poor at best.

Gerald gave an amazing massage. He was early and set up to start right on time. Strong massage, but not to the point of hurting. Loved it and will ask for him again.

This company may well be a scam, my name is Robert and I'm not a bot. I booked a massage for the next day and did not recieve the service, then I was told that the masseause did come to my house, but used the wrong number, also made no attempt via email to connect or email me anything like a confirmation. This was followed. by the worst customer service via chat and email, unsurprisingly, they don't have a number to call. Absolutely. Do not use.

Terrible customer service. Got hung up on and yelled at by the actual masseuse that I asked them not to send because she was previously aggressive. They are keeping my $200 and will chalk it up as a no show…I’m right here where I said I’d be in my home… have been here…no masseuse, TWICE! Had a terrible experience several weeks before this as well but thought I’d give em one more chance. They will take your $ and make any excuse not to do the service. Therapists are constantly rescheduling and if their new timeline doesn’t work for them your shit out of luck. Kiss your money goodbye. Go literally anywhere else

Erica was very professional and did a terrific job. I hope to see her again in the future!
