Ordered December 4th and still no sign…
Ordered December 4th and still no arrival by the 21st so I emailed customer service. After tracking the parcel it said it still hadn't been sent to the delivery company. So I emailed again and asked them to refund and cancel the order. This wasn't done and arrived on the 23rd which was too late to pick up, as we had gone away to a summerhouse Christmas... I now have to pay out my own pocket to resend it back as I had ordered a new one from somewhere else. Next time I will pay a little more and go somewhere else, I guess you get what you pay for...

Product is expected with good quality but came a little bit late. Package is damaged somehow. Looks like a heavy stuff was put on top of it. Luckily the box is made by hard paper
