Very Disappointed
An amplifier I needed, and which I was assured was available through Big Music, was not supplied. This was very disappointing and the second time a prominent supplier had failed to deliver this Bugera amp. I have received a refund but I would be very cautious about using Big Music’s online service in future. I’ve wasted a month trying to get this amp and have had to buy a different product from another source.

Yamaha JR2 In Natural Finish
The guitar ( Yamah JR2) was delivered promptly and was packaged well. The price was also great, the cheapest I found including shipping anywhere in Australia.
I would definitely recommend the Big Music Shop to anyone looking to buy anything music related.
The guitar itself was as good as the reviews on you tube that I have seen.
The sound was amazing for a 3/4 guitar. It just needed a little tweaking with the truss rod for my personal taste.
