I have used this site many times, only the free tier, but it works amazingly well, extremely few (if any) artifacts and extremely low (if any) loss of detail. Good settings, would be better if it had english, and i haven't used the pro tier, but the free tier is amazing and i couldn't recommend it enough.
I needed to enlarge 500 AI images and I bought a subscription in order to enlarge them all together and not by two images as it is in the free version. The result was that it only enlarged me 222 and then stuck. (I did it via the app they give on their site)
I contacted the administrator and he told me to try from their site, where it showed me there that all the pictures were enlarged but there was no option to download them as a zip file. (the app has this option)
I emailed again and he showed an unprofessional and childish attitude with no solution to the problem.
I finally forced and downloaded them one by one and then deleted my account!
