NO customer service at all ! Order confirmed and money taken out of bank account early Dec 2025, now it's 30 Dec 2025, no reply on emails in FR and English and nothing on Instagram either ! Many emails are sent and no way to get a refund on website or order...only via a form to fill out if you have the products...but I did not even get my order yet ....
We placed an order on 7th November 2025. It's been more than a month that we still didn't receive the parcel. The delivery company Colis Privé is a total disaster. We were home the entire day but no parcel was delivered. We tried calling the customer service and reschedule another delivery but it never worked out. The delivery man didnt come and we keep having to call the customer service to trace the parcel. We were told that the parcel will be delivered at the end of the day but it never happened. We emailed BigGreenSmile and now waiting for their reply. I think its absurd for the customer to keep contacting the delivery company. It's such an unpleasant experience and we don't want to deal with this again.
Product I ordered just couple of months ago did not arrive and then after the size no longer available anywhere. Over all the naty nsppies are on huge shortage in local retails or at big green smile. This review reflects to "naty nappies " only. The product attracts more than 2 or 3 times price in various places. Tried to get one at higher price, but retail or online stores have no stock of it. Not great feel for a good product not available in uk market. And inconsistency discourage consumers, and to look for different products.

Apparently this company has more believe in its couriers then its clients.
Courier never got to our house although they say so. Never again big green smile as they refuse to get it delivered at home
