Broken moderation, lazy support, and unchecked chat room spam
I recently returned to BiggerCity after a two-year break, only to deal with the exact same frustrating issue. I uploaded a completely compliant, fully-clothed, normal profile photo of my face. The website’s automated system initially approved it, but a few days later it was randomly pulled down for "community guidelines" with zero explanation.
When I reached out to support to get a human to actually look at the photo, the moderator completely ignored my message and sent back a generic, unhelpful canned response. Meanwhile, the site is flooded with fake profiles, cartoons, and faceless images that violate the rules but never get touched.
Even worse, nobody seems to be monitoring the main chat room. It is constantly overrun with explicit talk and users openly posting sketchy external links to outside video and webcam rooms, which completely violates the platform's terms.
It seems malicious false reports against legitimate profiles are automatically triggered, while actual spam bots and rule-breakers get a free pass because the support staff is too lazy to manually verify anything. If you want a platform where customer service actually polices the site safely instead of hiding behind automated templates, look elsewhere.
