Excellent customer service

Excellent communication when the item I ordered was delayed. Order was filled, item arrived in perfect condition and was exactly what I ordered. Very pleased!

I ordered a specific soap that I could…

I ordered a specific soap that I could only find from Bigamart. It originally did not come as expected and when I notified them they deferred me to UPS. When I filed a dispute with my credit card they quickly resent another order that arrived. I cannot give 5 stars since I ordered it in April and just received it today with the initial response not very helpful.

Two things

Two things. First,when the watch wasn’t in stock you sent an email saying the shipping would be delayed or I could cancel. In wanted the watch so said I would wait but I thought that’s was a very thoughtful way to handle the delay.
Second, the watch is somewhat damaged in the face and my option was to be refunded part of the cost or return it. Again thought that was a fair option.

Fake Company?? Stay Away!

I placed an order with expedited shipping. The rush delivery deadline came & went. I called the phone number on the website but it is disconnected. It was very difficult to communicate with anyone at Bigamart and when I did - by email from "customer support" - they made promises they did not keep, such as providing a refund. I doubt this is even a real company but if you want to avoid extreme frustration, STAY AWAY!

Glean black stone restorer

I bought Glean black stone restorer for my front porch natural stones and it worked perfectly the way it was described online.
Couldn’t find any other product to fix the whitish/ faded look on my stones but this magic Glean liquid did the job.

Life without a kitchen faucet is hell

We were without a kitchen faucet for 6 weeks. We liked our 30-year old Grohe EuroPlus faucet so we ordered all of the parts needed to fix it. One part would not be available for another 6 months! BUT, we found it on BigaMart. We never heard of this company and never buy from an unknown supplier but we were forced to make the transition. After all, life without a working kitchen faucet is hell. The part arrived in perfect condition, but still the plumber advised we switch to a new faucet to suit the new tile backsplash. Here’s where BigaMart really impressed us. They refunded the cost of the part in exchange for our donating the part to Habitat for Humanity. Who does that?! BigaMart does that. So kind. So generous. So understanding.

It’s my first time shopping at BigaMart…

It’s my first time shopping at BigaMart . I mistakenly placed triple orders of same item. I contacted them by email. They replied the next business day and refunded the repeated orders. I was impressed by the prompt customer service. I hope it is a legit website.

Great customer support!

The customer support team here is amazing! They noticed I ordered from the USA and warned me of a potential issue with outlet compatibility before accepting my order. I'm not used to a company looking out for a customer like that here in the USA. Most businesses would take the money and leave me to figure out the issue myself.
