Purchased a cannondale bike in June. Arrived with damage to crank arm and the first ride out loud creaking. After emailing about this June 15th, there was no formal followup until SEPTEMBER. The bike spent the summer in the bike shop trying to find the source. The option to return the bike to BICI was never provided. Each ride out just more creaking and grinding noise. Apparently there was a known issue with the free hub in the rear wheel. BICI support was later provided once the bike shop spoke with their mechanic. My issue is the gap between support trying to figure out the warranty process which has to go through the vendor. The time and money I put into trying to find the source is frustrating. I feel a lack of confidence in the wheel. Being that the season is over and I have no idea if the free hub replacement has fixed the issue I only have an option to wait until next season and start the process again.

I purchased a Trek Domane AL5 at Bici, and it was an absolutely fantastic experience. Everyone at the store was friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home from the moment I walked in.

A special thank you to Josh, who helped me find the perfect size and even suggested a few adjustments to make the bike fit me better—it now feels custom-tailored to me. That kind of care makes a big difference when you’re making a significant investment. I’m new to road bikes, so Josh’s expertise and patience were key in helping me make the right choice.

I also want to give a shoutout to Sean, who provided exceptional after-sales support. I’ve never experienced that level of customer care at any other bike shop.

Worst online experience I can recall.
I ordered multiple items. Neither of the items I received was what I ordered.
Have been trying for weeks to get a refund ticket.
Absolutely hopeless. Despite multiple emails, calls, voicemail messages (since no live person answers and there is no call back or wait on hold option available) I am still waiting to hear from someone. Brutal communication/customer service. I would avoid these guys at all costs. PS not to be confused with Bicicletta Toronto who are awesome!

Bici is an excellent company with great people. I purchased my beautiful Cervélo S5 from them, which was shipped from Vancouver to me in Ottawa. They took excellent care in packing it, and the bike arrived in tip-top form very quickly. Their customer service from when I purchased it to when it arrived at my door was fantastic and frankly refreshing in a time when quality service often seems to be overlooked. Buying a bike can be very stressful, especially online, I didn’t feel that at all buying from Bici.

I have always had great customer service. Prices are good especially on sales items. The answer questions quickly. They ship fast as well. They have a great selection. Would not hesitate to recommend Bicicletta.

I ordered some clothes and bottle cages from Bicicletta. I used the online chat to figure out sizing and they were very helpful. My gear arrived quickly and was packaged with lots of padding and a sticker. I would shop from them again

My Cannondale Synapse arrived in the box, I installed the handle bars, seat and front wheel (tires were at proper pressure) then went out for a ride. Everything works and the bikes rides very nicely. I can recommend Bicicletta and the Synapse which rolls down the road very smoothly.

Once again a great experience with bicicletta!! Had my item in stock, beat every price and shipping was quick.

Great service from the start. the bike was delivered promptly and clear instructions for how to assembly. the set-up was perfect right out of the box. The Cervelo is just as good or better then I expected. All together a great experience.
