Burberry Bicester
Excellent customer service in Burberry Bicester village. Rohit kindly put a side 2 trench coats, he was extremely helpful when I called the store and explained what I was after he suggested the Hillington. A very helpful associate helped me when I visited, I did not catch his name only been working in store for 2 months from Venezuela. Such lovely young man, who clearly loved his job.
Very pleased with my purchase.
Overpriced place for tourists
Overpriced place for tourists. No true bargains - people buy stuff here because they've paid to travel there and feel like they have to leave with something. This place is rammed full of rude people; charging at you and those who barge at you, when you've opened the door for yourself. Avoid!
Hit or miss to be honest
Hit or miss to be honest. Depending on the season, there are many things to buy or nothing at all… I was unlucky this time and even encountered heavy rain. The village is half outdoors so we got soaking wet while trying to shop which really dampened the experience (pun intended).
Not even worth visiting anymore
Not even worth visiting anymore , the shops don't stock anything of any interest now and its actually cheaper in most cases to shop at ordinary shopping malls. My Breitling Endurance Pro watch was cheaper to buy three years ago from Breitling than it was at Watchfinder in Bicester which is meant to be a second hand cheaper watch dealer. 10 years ago Bicester was worth visiting now its dreadful .

Went up there just before Christmas 2025 with my daughter & Son majority of the staff in all of the shops were rude unhelpful carried a attitude with them was not a nice experience and was overpriced on a lot of stuff. Even aftershaves were half price in boots when looked up 🤷♀️🤦🏼♀️
Highly recommend Ferragamo at Bicester Village
Highly recommend Ferragamo with thanks to Ingrid, Fabio and Elena, very professional and go above and beyond!
Massively overpriced
Massively overpriced. Even the "black friday" deals are cheaper on the internet. some of the stuff we purchased was cheaper in normal shops.
The christmas decorations are really wonderful and there is a great vibe.
Had to queue and couldn't even get into the UGG shop at all
A real rip off place
A real rip off place. I think it’s only there to rip off the Japanese tourists that seem to flock there to pay for over priced goods. I think even with a 30% off weekend the shops were all over pricing. The well known American store trying to sell a beanie at the outlet price of £140. does this site not realise there is a finacual crisis in the uk. If you live in Kent, Essex. go to Braintree village or the outlet in Ashford in Kent. Far better pricing and experience.
Always worth the visit

Went to MONCLER paid same price for a Beenie and jacket I would in the London shop. Was not worth the travel . Same with Pandora neckless and braclet was same price down like you can get it online now . Disappointed ☹️ they should close bicester village not worth going anymore and customer service not best rather go to London get treated nice and friendly . Better shopping experience for the money you leave
I’ve always enjoyed visiting Bicester… but
I’ve always enjoyed visiting Bicester Village and used to see it as a place that values its customers.
However, my recent experience left me very disappointed.
I had a £150 gift card that expired just one day before I reached out, and despite explaining the situation and asking for a small gesture of goodwill, I was met with a cold, policy-based refusal.
It feels like the human aspect of customer service has been replaced by numbers and rigid procedures.
For a place that promotes “luxury” and “experience,” it’s surprising how little flexibility or understanding they show towards genuine customers.
Sometimes it’s not about the money — it’s about how you make people feel.
What a disastrous disappointment .
What a terrible disappointment .. my wife and I visited on a Friday morning and were ready to leave after 40 minutes having gone into several boutiques and shops where the pricing was hardly any different to the original retail price. We went to the new Fortnum and Mason store which looked like it had just opened as none of the stock had been shopped.. no wonder as the product is at FULL retail with no saving unless you become a VIP Bicester Shopping Member where you’d save 10%. 🤷♂️ there was a 20% additional saving day the day we went which excited us, until we found the 20%wasn’t being offered by many retailers, like in the Tumi shop where the additional saving didn’t apply to any product in Black .. Zero additional saving in Canada Goose and many others …. too many to list. We were very let down, and the final straw was when we visited the Ralph Lauren store and found we could buy many items elsewhere much cheaper. I remember when the original Bicester Shopping Village (BSV)) experience was so so rewarding, and exciting and I left with lots of bags and a car full of incredible bargains. This time we left with nothing after 2 and half hours of disappointing shopping, and feeling very let down. Think again owners of BSV how can newcomers like Fortnum and Mason sell at full price ? Why do I need to go to Bicester Shopping Village to buy it ? The ethos of saving saving saving seems to have been forgotten

Could not be happier with the service I got at Max Mara, the ladies were so friendly, helpful and answered any questions I had. The bargains were fab too. Got what I went there for and more. Super pleased 😁
Save Your Trip: Bicester Village Falls Short on Value and Variety
I traveled a long distance from Birmingham by my car, hoping to purchase quality items at reasonable prices, as is usually expected from outlet centers, and from various brands. However, I was completely disappointed. Not only were the prices not suitable for an outlet center, but in 70% of the cases, they were equivalent to regular retail prices. In 30% of the cases, the prices were even higher than those in regular city stores.
For example, I bought a Versace men’s perfume from the official Versace store for £77, hoping I had purchased a genuine product. But to my surprise, I found the exact same perfume in two different perfume shops at the Touchwood Shopping Centre in Solihull — priced at £55 and £51 respectively!
I compared the packaging, bottle, and barcode with the one I bought from Bicester Village, and there was absolutely no difference — same scent, same bottle, same brand — but at a much lower price.
Additionally, food options at Bicester Village are very limited and significantly overpriced.

I visited Maje boutique in Biceste village.. i was served by lovely Inesa. She was very helpful getting things for me to try and making suggestions of things I hadn't seen. Really enjoyed my visit.
Wasting 36£ and time
This was the worst shopping experience I’ve ever had. I visited on April 20th after being informed that the shops would be open. However, when I arrived, more than half of them were closed. I ended up wasting £36 on a train ticket for nothing. I reached out to customer service to request compensation, but was told, “Sorry, we can’t help.” £36 is a significant amount to me, and their customer service was incredibly disappointing.
Hard sell from sales staff and prices not exclusive
I visited Bicester Village on 28.03.25. On a positive note, it's a really nice environment overall; plenty of parking, the village itself is spotlessly clean and plenty of seating, cafes and toilets (all very clean). However, we found it really quite intimidating going into any of the shops - I don't know if it was because it was quite quiet but my goodness me, every single shop we went into we just got such a hard sell from the staff and even a polite "thanks, I'll let you know if I need help" didn't make any difference. We ended up not staying for more than a few moments in most of the shops because it was so uncomfortable. I spent more than I had intended in the Molton Brown store as a result of feeling very pressured and intimated by the sales person in there and when I'd plucked up some courage I thought I'd go back and return some fo the items - only to see on the receipt that you can't get a refund! It's a credit note or exchange only. My fault for not checking and for giving into the pressure but I wouldn't choose to shop their again. We also found that a number of items we were looking at were available for the same price (or less in some instances) online from the brands directly.

My husband and I visited early on a Saturday morning. All the assistants were really helpful, we managed to get everything we went for and more.
Will definitely be returning.
