A lovely house & very supportive landlords - regular socials built a very lovely community too which is so essential when you’re moving to a new area and basically know no one. I would totally recommend Bicester Living to anyone looking for shared housing!

Best in the business! Had a fair few property managers over the years and none came close to Katie and Dan. You always felt that tenants enjoying their time at the house was top priority. They always delivered if anything needed fixing or replacing and they go the extra mile to organise socials across all the houses. Warm, empathetic, organised and motivated. I’d highly recommend.

Quick to address concerns, houses were great and I was helped every step of the way. Felt like family!

I rented a room with Bicester Living for around 2 1/2 years and was extremely pleased with my house share experience!

The house was of a great standard and well furnished throughout, with adequate storage in the room and great quality furniture, alongside a large collection of communal kitchen equipment that made moving into rented accommodation a much simpler and pleasant experience.

Where they can, Bicester Living take time to ensure the best fit for their housemates, trying to group together more sociable houses, even going as far to have a small questionnaire to assess interests and try and group people together that shared similar hobbies/lifestyles (from my understanding even trying to fit the house to the interests ie. A larger garden for a house more interested in gardening). As a result, the house I moved into was a great fit and I felt as though I was able to slot in right away with my fellow housemates and have made great friends for life as a result!

Katie and the team at Bicester Living were friendly and approachable and very easy to contact with minimal delays. Maintenance issues were dealt with swiftly and without query! Phil and his team were always friendly and extremely helpful on any maintenance visits.

Bicester Living run socials throughout the year to allow different houses to mix and create a larger Bicester Living Community which as a young professional moving to a new area was invaluable to me settling in.

I can’t thank Bicester Living enough for my renting experience. I would recommend them highly for anybody looking for a houseshare and would not hesitate to rejoin the Bicester Living community again if my circumstances changed.

Lived in a bicester living house for a year and had a great time! Katie, Dan and Phil are excellent - always friendly and super quick and responsive to sort out issues in the house. Honestly the most convenient rental i've ever had - everything sorted for you, plus opportunities to meet a larger group of similar people across all the houses. 10/10 would recomend. Thanks Dan and Katie!

Disgusting service from property managers Katie and Dan. They certainly appear very friendly in the beginning but they are only after increasing their portfolio at whatever cost and not much else. Constantly chasing diversity points yet there was always racist behaviour shown towards other nationals and cleaning teams across different properties. Lies about informing when rooms in the house become vacated for a potential swap when all they did was keep it hush and give it to whomever they wanted and completely disregarded official requests dating back a few months. Overall it's cheaper accomodation compared to other agencies on the market but not worth the hell you are going to experience if you will be constantly dealing with toxic behaviour and poor living conditions. Houses are old, furniture is cheap, en-suites are tiny, the walls are paper thin you can hear everything and you will hear a lot from poorly educated housemates, you will be forced to inhale their filth and put up with toxic behaviour. And don't expect any support from other ppl, if they are happy in their bubbles they will just suck it up since they pay a lot less than what rooms are currently going for. They certainly need to improve in a lot of areas in order to justify bumping up the rents in that gross manner when rooms are vacated every six months considering older housemates didn't even incur an increase in rent for the longest time or nowhere near what rooms are currently going for without any upgrades. Everyone I talked to spoke very highly of the previous property manager Vicky. Katie and Dan on the other hand are extremely unprofessional and quite frankly should be supervised by their higher ups or even replaced. Always doing favours to certain housemates, silencing people who speak up on toxic behaviour and driving them to leave. Not to mention the ridiculous way they like to advertise their social communities. Have fun being a part of what they consider community! I will keep reposting this if you are going to have it removed, I can see someone is very adamant to do damage control. You know very well just how disgusting you have been!

From the first email I sent to Dan, the service was friendly and efficient! I emailed, viewed two rooms and had selected one within a few days, and was able to move in at my convenience. The house is kept to a high standard, the housemates I had were close as a house and we had some great nights in watching Top Gear! If something broke then Katie and Dan would make sure it was fixed quickly. All in all, I had a smooth, friendly experience with Bicester Living and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a house in Bicester!

My previous review got reported because I wrote that these people never got back to me after contacting them several times. Poor service and this page should be closed down if they feel the need to remove review!! Four attempts to contact the agent about rooms on the website and in the chat box - zero response.

I've had very good experience with Bicester Living- Vicky is great! At the start I was given choices of rooms and houses, and given a sense of the housemates currently in them. The house and room are stylish and functional, with weekly cleaning. Any issues around the house are dealt with quickly, with a team at hand to fix things. The whole process had been easy and pleasurable- would highly recommend Vicky and Bicester Living to anyone!

I left Bicester living 10 days ago after an Amazing 2 years with my house.

The whole experience from start to finish was incredible, I made friends for life from my house share and wouldn’t change it one bit.

My experience was was very good, the housemates were awesome and made me feel very welcome, they made the entire experience worth it. The room was slightly over priced at £620.00 per month however everything in there was very nice, if anything broke the service was very good at fixing it. The manager was extremely good, and went above and beyond to make your time there better and make sure you were in the correct house for your personality.
The landlords seemed nice enough, when they came around. The manager set up quizzes to play against other houses, which brought a good social element to the situation.
I was actually from the area, however this still gave me a very good social life, keeping me busy over the lockdown period. If you were not from the area then I would suggest there is no other company to go for, for a house share .
The only thing that could have been better was kitchen space and the price

I had a great experience with this agency, houses are modern and nicely designed. People working there, extremely helpful, any problems have been sorted out quickly, eg. we didn’t have hot water and we got help within an hour! I could drop a message to a property manager knowing that somebody would come back to me quickly. Speaking about the manager, Vicky is lovely and is always there for you. Human touch is the biggest point of difference and I wish more agencies like this one excited on the market!

Bicester living creates a brilliant community for young professionals moving to a new area! Vicky works great at being the property manager to make sure you feel as comfortable as possible and that it is a good mesh of housemates
