I ordered a T-shirt from this site for my wife's birthday. Unfortunately, on receipt she noticed that the wording on the T-shirt had a spelling mistake which would make it embarassing to wear. The mistake is replicated on their website which I did not notice at the time of ordering.
Bibubble has refused to correct the mistake or give a refund, saying that a) they have delivered what was ordered and b) the incorrect spelling is a result of the artistic input into the T-shirt's design.
End result = waste of money!

I order a sweatshirt and tee shirt. The sweatshirt came first. It wad wonderful and looked fantastic. The tee shirt was sent but I didn’t receive it. I contacted customer service. They responded in a timely manner. The tee shirt was replaced. I received it with in a timely manner.

I ordered tshirts 25th of June they have been seng out twice and twice the print quality was very poor, the second time i was sent thr wrong colours plus poor print quality.
I have been in youch with customer service and they tell me I cant have a refund but they will post out a 3rd order. I've told them I do not want any more poor quality tshirts sent to me.
AVOID THIS COMPANY WASTE OF MONEY AND POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I ordered a t-shirt over a month ago and have not heard anything. Website and phone number not monitored, no response. This is a scam. Contacting bank for fraud alert.

Order a t-shirt from Bibubble, very pleased with it when it arrived. 100% cotton so very comfortable and a great fit. Would definitely order again. Price was good as well.

Love the color. The design was exactly as pictured. Sweatshirt is super comfortable.
Originally, I ordered the incorrect size... no problem. Received the size I originally wanted.
Does take some time, but worth the wait.

Ordered a sweatshirt from bibubble.com over 30 days ago, when tracking the order it states item in printing which it has said for 2 weeks, then it says it will ship 10 to 20 days after print completion, can not get anyone to answer the phone or reply to a email, it only took 2 day's to charge my credit card and you can't cancel. I'm beginning to think it's a scam can't see why it takes over 2 weeks to print a decal on a sweatshirt. Buyer's beware

Terrible. Money is out of my bank account but no order number, no contact from them, and no emails. I’ve lost over $100.

Terrible retailer - the example product they show looks very nice (it's a terrible representation of colors and quality), the product you receive looks like something that you bought 5 years ago from K-mart for $15 that's been washed 100+ times.

Scam. Placed an order over a month ago, have received nothing. Can't even get any update or response from them. There is no customer service - only an email address and phone number that are never answered. Contacting my credit card now to report this outfit as a fraud and see if I can get my money back.

I ordered 2 x windcheaters 7 weeks ago; through the UK; then I found out they were coming from the USA...I have still NOT received them. I must however credit the UK and Australian post - a parcel from here to the home in Oxfordshire in 8 days. Not so pleased with the USA version.

Shirt arrived timely and I had no problems. I love my new dragon tank top. I shared this site with my reading/ dragon lovers group on Facebook. They loved it 2.

I’m still waiting for my order. I’m not happy. Expected the order before Mother’s Day. You have taken the money. If I knew the stuff was coming from I don’t know where. I would not have ordered. I bought some stuff from Ireland and got it in a week. What is the hold up. Please give me an idea when it will be here.

The phone case was a perfect fit. The wording was a bit skewed and got partially hidden by the hole for the camera. Other than that, it was great.

Great variety of products to select from. I ordered a mouse pad and a phone cover and could not be more pleased. Excellent quality for the price. I will definitely order from this company again!
