The engineer was first class and very approachable. I am still evaluating this Nova against my Classic and, so far, it’s not going well. The flow rate fluctuates between 1.3 and 0.8 bar. The chilled water is usually around 8-11 degrees and rarely goes down to the preset 4 degrees. Perhaps it is not coping too well with the hot weather!

Like other people I have had an awful experience with the new Biba Nova machine. My classic gave me 5 years trouble free. Within 5 days of getting the new one it is leaking like crazy flooding my kitchen.
Trying to get a service call and they cannot even give me a date. This machine is not fit for purpose don't get one until they sort out the issues.
I am so unhappy I may cancel my contract and go elsewhere. As a disabled person I struggle to lift a kettle so the machine is an essential. Bibo you need to step up big time

Steve was excellent in finding the fault which was a water feed that had become disconnected. Re calibrated some of my settings to save energy and wear on the machine. Outstanding as ever. If only some of our larger corporations understood the value of customer service.

My Bibo classic needed a re-commissioning service. Mel the attending engineer made light work of stripping, replacing and re-commissioning. Had all the parts needed, fantastic knowledge of our Bibo Classic. A pleasure to have her. Five stars not enough. Thanks again. When needed we will ask for this top service again.
