Perfect gift for book & flower lovers
This was the perfect gift for a voracious reader in our family. There were many options available and I found the perfect title.
Unfortunately the package arrived quite crushed and when opened broke into several pieces. I had resigned that this was a lost cause.
To my surprise and delight the team reached out with a courtesy check once the item delivered. When I explained what happened, Jennie immediately tried to make it right and quickly shipped out a replacement that arrived intact!!!
Biblio Bloom didn't need to do any of this and I'm really impressed that they reached out proactively AND made this a great experience. Thanks!

Lovely gift which is beautifully packaged. I wish I could have afforded the ceramic vase. The bookmark is lovely too.
Was kept informed at all stages of delivery
Just a shame that Yodel threw the package over my gate, despite it being labelled FRAGILE!! Thankfully, due to to being well packed at source, it survived

Every home needs one!
Being an avid reader, these delightful book vases caught my eye. They are unusual, such a great idea. Although my vase took a while to come, I was constantly updated by Irene. My vase and complimentary bookmark arrived, well wrapped for its journey and just perfect. I love it and will buy more. Perfect for gifts too.

Product good, customer service terrible
The product arrived as advertised, two weeks after their estimated delivery window. Their customer service team was very unhelpful, and did not offer any kind of solution or refund until I demanded it. And even then, they only refunded half of the shipping. I am satisfied with the products, but will not be purchasing from them again.

Mother's day present
I bought a vase and bookmark for my mother for mother's Day. It arrived in perfect condition and looked beautiful!! My mother loved it! It is always good to support a small business. Only thing that I would mention for future customers is that make sure you give 2-3 weeks for the package to get to you, because since it is a small business shipping might take a little while.
