My order was delivered promptly but....Want to return or swop and unit that's when communication stopped. So so bad. Please avoid.

Scam artist!! Fraudulent company!!
Website allows payment but undelivered goods and ignores all forms of correspondence. Currently instigating legal proceedings.

could Niall on the review below let me know how the police are involved?? I would also like to get the police involved as my bank are refusing to refund??

Pretty much the same review as all the negative ones. AVOID AVOID AVOID. Placed an order over a week ago, paid the extra for next day delivery. Phoned them, no answer. Facebook messaged them, No answer. I'm now having to waste my time to go to my bank to try and retrieve my money back!!! ABSOLUTE FRAUD!!! DO NOT USE THIS SO CALLED COMPANY!!! POLICE ARE NOW INVOLVED

Placed an order on line inc £8.95 for next day delivery. A week later the order has not arrived and will not respond to any emails or answer the phone. Please avoid this company

Not impressed by their communication at all. They take the order happily on the website, but force you to choose an inflated next day delivery at £8.95 and gray out other options. Then they fail to give you any feedback on the status of your order by email. After you've waited 3 days without receiving your order or any excuse of an email, when you call them on their website contact number, what a surprise, they're really busy, but you're a valued customer who gets diverted to voicemail. Still haven't got my order, and don't think I'll be recommending them to anyone

Ordered item on Monday, today is Thursday and it still has not turned up, tried to phone at least 10x over the period of a day and no answer whatsoever. Have now called card company to report it as fraud.

This company has not delivered the order and is now not answering calls or emails.

Simply dont know what to do now?

We thought this company was great. Then they didn't send all the items that were paid for and we haven't been able to contact them. We have tried every which way with no luck. We have had one response with an apology and a promise to get it sorted then nothing. We know its been a difficult time for everyone and we have been very understanding but we have had to pay out twice now in order to finish the job. Very unhappy with this company and advise caution if considering using them.
