I had a great experience with BHG Financial. The entire process was quick, smooth, and straightforward from start to finish. Funding happened in under 7 business days after signing, and the whole process took less than two weeks.

Our agent was excellent, she was very responsive, helpful, and accommodating throughout the process. She even made a point to contact us during the hours that worked best for our schedule, rather than limiting communication to their normal business hours. That extra effort made the experience even easier and was greatly appreciated.

They wasted around one week of my time. I reached out to them as Credit Karma recommended them. I was pre-approved for 109k. They took all my documentation and once they knew that I am on H1B visa they rejected my loan (My Visa is valid and have an extension filed too with an approved i140). If this was a requirement, the team should have told it initially and should not have run a soft credit check on my file.

I had gone through the process and between not always favorable reviews and my own hesitancy scrapped the whole idea. Mr Delorio really worked with me when i was supposed to send in paperwork but i had questions he patiently answered all my questions until i felt comfortable and confident in my decision. I never felt rushed and i really appreciated working with him.
