My overall experience with Bharat Datacenter and Vyom Cloud has been disappointing, both during my employment and after leaving.
There is a serious lack of proper management, coordination, and workflow within the company. Even at the leadership level with Anurag Sarin - CEO , Gaurav Mahendru - CRO, and Ankesh Anand - CTO, there appears to be a lack of effective management and accountability, which ultimately affects employees.
Job security is also a major concern, as employees can be terminated at any time, creating an uncertain and stressful work environment. Employees are reportedly hired and then terminated within just six months. Additionally, there have been instances where employees were treated disrespectfully, and management did not take meaningful action to address these concerns.
I resigned because I was unhappy with the company's management, and I clearly stated this in my resignation email. Despite serving my complete notice period, the exit process was frustrating and unnecessarily delayed.
The company had committed to a specific timeline for my salary and relieving documents, but those commitments were not met as promised. There was no clear communication regarding the delays or why these matters were being put on hold. I had to send emails and make calls just to get updates about my salary and documents. My emails went unanswered, making the entire process even more frustrating.
Employees deserve fair treatment, a secure work environment, timely payment of their dues, and their employment documents without having to repeatedly chase management for updates. Unfortunately, my experience with the company's management and exit process has been very disappointing.
A company’s reputation is not built on fake reviews. It is built through a healthy work environment, fair employee treatment and responsible management.
