Ordering online is very convenient, deliveries are always on time, and the food is excellently packed, fresh, and well preserved with a long shelf life. In my experience, Bhakosi Dies Grocery & Online Delivery has been extremely disappointing. My order was delivered to the wrong address, and instead of taking responsibility for their mistake, I was asked to pay extra to fix it.
Customer service was unhelpful and showed no accountability. Mistakes happen, but how a business handles them matters — and in this case, the burden was unfairly put on the customer.
I would not recommend this service if you expect accurate delivery or basic customer care. Very frustrating experience overall.

They did not deliver to the stated address and instead called the wrong phone number. The driver did not verify the recipient’s name or check whether the person was the correct receiver before handing over the goods. The driver stated that the person claimed they were expecting a delivery, and on that basis alone, the goods were handed over.
This is unacceptable. Basic delivery protocol requires proper verification. In all honesty, learn to verify before releasing goods.
This was a food delivery. Five days later, I was contacted and asked to pay again—for both myself and the person the goods were incorrectly delivered to. That is completely unreasonable.

Bhakosi is a laughable company with poor ethics. Deal with them at your own risk. Don’t be fooled by the “we treat customers like family” slogan. When they make a mistake, it becomes a disaster—they expect you to do their job for them and still pay. Honestly, it’s laughable.

I will never use them again, and I have advised all my friends and family not to either.

Hopefully, this review helps potential new customers make an informed decision when looking for a grocery service.

I found Bhakosi's website very easy to navigate and also liked the variety of products they have in stock which makes online shopping seamless. I had struggled hitherto to shop for groceries for my family back home with several wannabe sites that over promised and under delivered until I came across Bhakosi. They are that good!

I have ordered a month ago. The order was not delivered. And even though I was told via WhatsApp that the refund will be processed. It has still not been processed despite asking many times about the refund. This is the poorest and worst customer service that I have seen so far. So I would suggest to avoid ordering from here at all cost unless you are happy to lose money.

PS. They say that they don't delivery outside Zimbabwe, but reviews from outside Zimbabwe clearly shows that either they are lying or the reviews are fake.

I don’t know why you’re responding with AI generated corporate BS instead of addressing what actually happened. I am honestly shocked that instead of refunding my money, or communicating with me if you have any issues, you resorted to call this a suspicious or fraudulent refund claim without even providing a single shred of evidence on how this is a suspicious refund claim.

I placed an order 1874. You later told me via WhatsApp that you do not deliver outside Zimbabwe and that I would be refunded. I accepted that and waited for the refund. I even got an email confirmation that refund would be processed.

So you explicitly confirmed that the refund would be processed. After that, I followed up multiple times over several weeks asking about the status. I was given timelines, then I was told that you are short on funds and then eventually you stopped responding altogether. No refund was received. And no communication from you despite my many attempts to check the status.

Only after all of this did I leave this review.

Since I can’t attach screenshots here, I’ll say this clearly: I have written proof of every step above, including your confirmation that a refund would be processed.

So please explain, for everyone reading this, how this is a “suspicious” or “fraudulent” refund claim. You accepted the order, you later said you couldn’t deliver, you agreed to refund, and then you didn’t refund.

Also, it was not clearly stated on your website at the time of ordering that you do not deliver outside Zimbabwe. That may have changed now, but it wasn’t clear then.

So all of this only make you look like a fraud. You might be delivering order in Zimbabwe but since you don’t deliver outside of Zimbabwe, you also don’t refund for those. So this is just to aware anyone who is doing business with you that think many times before placing the order. If something goes wrong, don’t expect a refund.

If you dispute anything I have said above. Please share proofs and tell everyone how my refund claim of the money I have paid you is fraudulent. You just don’t want to pay back and then come up with this BS

Also, please allow adding screenshots so I can share what we have communicated over WhatsApp and Email so anyone can see who is being authentic here and who is a fraud.

Very dissapointing - did not get my order neither the refund of almost 1‘000,- rand, asking for the refund several times without any success - this is not the you should make business - this is unacceptable

Placed an order over a month ago. Never received it. Never received shipping info or any follow up information. Will not do business with Bhakosi again.

**update: Bhakosi contacted me and informed me that my order although accepted thru website is not available for international shipping. They have arranged for a refund.
