Everyone is very professional and the workmanship on all their products and installs is superior!

I have used BGS twice for my two homes and their work is impeccable. This time 8/1/2022 I had the pleasure of having Jon in my home installing new rod iron balusters. I required over 90 balusters, and he treated each one like it was the first, he took extra special care in the measurements and the install. BGS prides themselves in employing highly skilled professionals. Jon was a true professional and a pleasure, taking the time to explain what would be happening and followed that to the letter. Jon should be promoted and receive a raise, he really took his time and my bannisters are beautiful. He could be used to train new Recruits because he’s got the IT factor, which is rare. Definitely highly recommend BGS.

My stair railings look amazing. John came at 8 am on the dot and worked straight through till 7pm. He ran up and down the the stairs measuring and cutting each piece.
So happy with the job he did.

LOVE our new stairs and rails!!! Everyone is so professional, nice and most importantly, they know what they're doing! Zach gave me a break down of what to expect and what I need to do after with matching the floor as well as the landings. It was all done in 1 day! Also, they clean up nicely after the stairs are installed. Thanks BGS for our dream stairs and rails!! It looks like it's straight out of a magazine!

From the time I called Blooming Grove Stair Co it was one day until I sat down with a sales associate, Zach. He gave me several options for my project and presented pricing the next day. I confirmed the project and 1 day later Zach was at my home reviewing same. I was told by Melissa it would be approx 2 weeks for my install. I received a call 6 days later and was delighted to hear that my job could be moved up! Steven and John were the installers on my project ( removing all old spindles and hand rails) filling and sanding holes, replacing 15ft or more of hand rails and installing stainless steel wire cables on two levels. They were amazing from beginning to end, professional, neat, nice, experienced, and did excellent work! I was so impressed by the set up, the work, and the clean up. These guys did an unbelievable job! Blooming Grove Stair Co is lucky to have these two! I highly recommend this Company. My experinece was fantastic, stress free from beginning to end! Had my handrails done by John at Blooming Grove Stairs- he was fantastic! He was meticulous and asked questions of my wife and I when he was unsure of something. It was a great collaboration. He was very neat and cleaned up after he finished. Couldn’t be happier with the finished product. Everyone that has seen it has given raves!!

They gave me a date and time, showed up a day earlier with my consent, and completed the job. The insulation team skills were excellent, I was very pleased with the outcome and my wife can't stop talking about how great our home looks with the new stairs and railings. Five stars...
