When our landlady gave us 8 weeks' notice on our rental property, with the 23rd of December as our date to leave, we didn't dare to hope we could buy our first house and move in before Christmas. We found a house we wanted, had an offer accepted, and Susan Thurston at Berlad Graham managed to get us to completion, and we moved in within 6 weeks - with two weeks to spare to get ready for Christmas with the children! Susan made it easy to understand the complexities of buying a house, was incredibly proactive in terms of chasing the other people involved and constantly kept us up to date. I can not recommend Susan and the team at Berlad Graham highly enough!
