My father has waited to have his washer…
My father has waited to have his washer fixed for 3 weeks. I was told the tech would be here between 6:45PM-7:45PM. The tech called at 2;13PM and I called back at 2:16 because I did answer the phone asap they cancelled the appt. He now has to wait 2 more weeks to get fixed. I called BGE Home and they told me Techs for washers quit at 5. If so, who was coming at 6:45. Place is a joke. They do not care about their paying customers. If everyone wanted to go home for the memorial holiday they should have said so.
