Terrible quality
Absolute waste of money. Purchased two types of frames, 30x30 and 60x80, two of each (4 frames total) as well as a few other things. Terrible quality of frames, which were all wood. literally fell apart during installation. The accessories were fine (hooks etc). Would definitely never purchase from here again.

Terrible stole my money and never bothered to resolve my issue
Terrible, never delivered, lots of emails saying they would it out when they clearly had no intention of doing so. No refund, no updates so basically they stole £100. This company is a con.

Great customer service
I had an issue (self-created) with the frame I ordered and BGA were incredibly understanding and helpful. The frame itself is good quality and their customer service is excellent. I'd definitely purchase from them again and recommend them to others.

Good frames and service
I've ordered many frames and a photo album from this place and have always been happy with the quality. They have so many sizes of frames, they're great when you have more oddly-shaped art. Everything delivers when it says it’s going to, and once when I needed to return something, I emailed with them and the return was processed easily.

Terrible quality products
Terrible quality products. Cheap cheap cheap. It states that its an aluminum frame, its not. Its states glass, its just acrylic plastic. I thought quality would be better for a premium price. I was wrong.

Many of our frames are made from aluminum and are fitted with acrylic glass instead of traditional glass. Acrylic is commonly used because it is lighter, more shatter-resistant during transport, and safer to handle.

Great customer service. When I reached out to check on the whereabouts of my parcel, Zeira from the customer service team responded within a couple of hours with a clear update and a tracking link. The communication was friendly, professional, and very helpful throughout. I was particularly impressed that Zeira followed up after delivery to make sure I had received the item and was happy with it. That level of care and attention really stood out. Excellent service and I would definitely recommend them.

Avoid!!! Scam
Avoid!!!! Order number 6445617. Trying to return a mirror in which they make you purchase a return label on the website and wait to be contacted regarding returning the item. Was contacted asking for more information regarding the return, in which I replied. I then didn’t hear back so I replied again for an update, then again a couple days later for another update. I then received an email saying this is the last time they will ask me for the extra information.. when iv emailed back already!! I have replied AGAIN and still no response. Customer service only open 9-12 which is rediculous, and no phone number to call. Clearly never going to be able to return this as it’s a scam company trying to get out of returns.
