BAD quality
Everything worked quickly but the quality of the frame is not good. The acrylic plastic, called acrylic glass on the website, is of very low quality and dulls the colors. Ours arrived scratched as well.
Save your money, use a local framery and be happier. Not worth putting good looking art insided a plastic, bad quality product.

Products are great!
The photo albums I bought are of very high quality, I am very pleased, same for the adhesive I got for the photos. Will be definitely buying more in the future.

BGA.FI offers a great selection of frames and fast shipping, which is appreciated. However, there are issues with product descriptions not matching the actual products, and dealing with returns can be challenging due to extra costs for labels and unresponsive customer service. While packaging is secure and delivery is quick, caution is advised when ordering. Overall, it's a mixed experience.
