I was hired by the founders of Beyou Cosmetics as a freelance graphic designer to design social media posts. Upon completion of the job, I sent them an invoice, which they assured would be paid promptly. However, payment was never received, even though I've contacted them numerous times asking to take care of this matter. They used the work I provided never paying for it. Please take this into account when considering purchasing from Beyou Cosmetics.

Update: The invoice was settled immediately after I shared my feedback publicly. They requested the removal of the reviews and expressed dissatisfaction with the quality of my work, which seemed strange to me, considering it was the first time in two months that such concerns were raised.
