We were looking for a solution to Squarespace not allowing you to zoom in on a gallery photo (especially on mobile devices). Besides ease of use, it also came to our attention that it meant we were not ADA compliant. After a lot of googling, we found many positive recommendations to use Beyondspace. The instructions for inputting and activating the plugin were extremely easy to follow, and it works wonderfully! We couldn't be happier with the outcome.

I had an issue with integrating the plugin with an unusual UniversalFilter configuration. When I reached out about the issue, Beyondspace actually edited their plugin and pushed an update that accommodated my use case - amazing! And it was done in a matter of hours! Really awesome and personal customer service. The plugin works really wall, too.

I was blown away by the customer service I received from Beyondspace. I am a small business owner and built my squarespace website myself, but have no coding experience whatsoever so was completely lost with putting the plug-in I purchased onto my site. Hi. Wow! You made the purchasing and installation of your code very easy! I had your plugin working in less than 5 minutes and I am brand new to Squarespace.
I would have given you 5 stars but there is one key bit of instruction I would like to know now that I have your wonderful plugin working.
What is the recommended image dimension, jpeg quality setting, and file size for best results for zooming with your plugin? There are constraints such as page load in time to consider so I'm wondering how best to balance the image dimensions with the quality setting of the Jpeg for the file size it creates. Can you recommend a setting that works best? Thank you.

The Beyondspace Lightbox Studio was exactly what my website needed. I am not very good with coding or anything and it was super easy to install. It even has a playground where I can adjust features before implementing the code on my website which is a huge plus. I highly recommend Beyondspace and will absolutely look to them for additional website functionality once my website has the need.

Fantastic calendar datepicker feature/product that's helped us launch sooner vs. later and their team is so helpful with their after-purchase support. Their blog has a wealth of insights as well. I highly recommend them!

The service was fantastic, I had an issue with the Lightbox and how it was rendering the images and within minutes I had a reply that it was being investigated and then a day later a fix was received.

Niang was amazing to talk to! I had a few teething issues because technology is a bit difficult for me, but Niang was so quick to respond and willing to help wherever possible. I was so happy when I could finally choose my days of deliveries and when I have time off! She has made it super easy to use (once you know how) and I am even able to change the colours of the date picker to match my website! Highly reccomend!

I had been looking for a way to make my Squarespace gallery lightboxes more dynamic for months; I needed photos to be zoomable, and I needed videos to display within a lightbox, and I needed these to happen within the same gallery; and Beyondspace was able to achieve this flawlessly.

I had been working internally on making videos within a lightbox, and had got it working through a pretty messy line of code which meant it was hard to maintain and update. I recently purchased their Lightbox Studio Plugin as a way of making my lightbox images zoomable, as this is natively impossible within Squarespace - however my video code now had stopped working. I reached out to Beyondspace who took the time out of their day to help me, and update their plugin to support videos, and it works absolutely flawlessly!

They were incredibly helpful, patient, and insightful throughout the whole process, and offered a level of support I was not expecting from a Squarespace plugin developer.

I had been holding off on launching my new portfolio for 6 months as I could not get the videos and lightbox side right - as a visual based freelancer this is crucial to my business - and with their now updated plugin, I was able to make the updates needed within a couple of hours, and launched my portfolio that same day.
