Unfortunate Experience - Important Read!
We engaged Beyond Marketing with high hopes, based on initial sales conversations, their success claims and their niche focus on being mental health marketing "experts". However, after moving into our fourth month with their company we only had ONE conversion. This outcome was FAR BELOW the conversion rates they pushed in both their online ads and the sales calls we had.
We were sold on customized, high-quality marketing assets, but what we received was AI-generated, recycled content that had been used for direct competitors nearby. This created serious trust issues and calls into question foundational professionalism and commitment to their clients success.
We brought our concerns to Beyond and genuinely wanted to find solutions, which ultimately turned into a conversation where we were blamed for bad screening processes. Fortunately we tracked our own non-beyond leads and our own calls were 370% more likely to convert than a Beyond lead.
While the team at Beyond is friendly, it was apparent the subject matter expertise was just not demonstrated and the work products could be best described as "clickbait". We spent dozens of hours correcting grammatical and spelling issues, and creating our own content for their team to use.
We’re a small business - the funds invested in Beyond were precious - every last dollar. In the end we know we lost valuable time and valuable funds. We are extremely grateful we left Beyond.
