If I could give a zero I would. Don't rent from these people or even apply!scammers! was extremely disappointed and honestly frustrated with my experience applying through Beyond Homes. I paid the application fee, gathered and submitted every document they asked for, including multiple months of bank statements clearly showing steady income, along with proof of consistent rental payments.
Despite having a 665 credit score, a clean background, and what I believe is verifiable income, my application was denied for “credit history, rental history, and insufficient verified income” — which feels completely contradictory and vague. If those were the issues, then why request all the documentation upfront just to dismiss it without any clear explanation?
What makes this even more upsetting is the lack of transparency. There was no detailed breakdown, no explanation of what specifically didn’t meet their standards, and no guidance on whether anything could be corrected or resubmitted. It feels like applicants are expected to just pay fees and accept a decision with zero accountability or communication.
People put real time, money, and effort into these applications, and we deserve honesty and clarity—not generic rejection reasons that don’t actually explain anything. At the very least, there should be a clear list of what requirement was not met so applicants aren’t left guessing.

This is a scam. Do not engage with them on any level. You'll be locked into a subscription which is difficult to cancel. Buyer BEWARE!!!

The product is as described however there was an issue with the table top glass being broken. Due to this, for some unknown reason, the delivery company refused to deliver Box 3 of 3 which, as well as the glass, had the actual table top and fitting for the holding the suite together. To try and get box 3 of 3 delivered I stated that I would be willing to take responsibility and accept delivery of box 3 of 3 and personally sort out a replacement glass top but the delivery company still refused to do anything. I was left with a corner suite I could not use for nearly 3 months (from 02/08 to 21/10) due to a broken piece of glass. So instead of enjoying the my new purchase with friends and family I had a deck full of furniture I could not us apparently due to the delivery company being totally in control.

Some delay out of their control but the best company I have worked with where there has been issues. Also the delivery company they use is fantastic! You can actually speak to someone and arrange the perfect time and they call you a few times during the day with updates! Furniture is of a high quality, would 1000% recommend!

I must be honest and say I was slightly anxious about buying my garden furniture from beyond home as I was not familiar with the company. However...I'm so glad I did. Furniture is lovely and from start to finish Peter was helpful in all aspects of ordering and paying for my item. Very happy customer and would definitely use again 😀

This is an absolute first class company. The furniture I bought was at a great price; delivered on time and in perfect condition. I was kept fully informed in every step of the purchase and delivery. A very happy customer.

Bought a garden furniture set..

3 cushion cover zips broke after the 1st wash. I contacted the team and they arranged replacements within a very short space of time.

I ordered a beautiful garden lounge set. The same furniture could have been ordered from a selection of online retailers but I am thrilled I purchased from beyond and home. The customer service was superb which you don’t always appreciate until you need the company to support with any problems. Peter, was wonderful and I can’t recommend highly enough.
