I have lost some weight since starting but have also started working out more regularly. I do feel like I have lost inches but honestly I have never measured. Definitely haven’t seen the extreme results as advertised but I will try it again for a second month. I know everyone is different.

I'm on my second month and already…
I'm on my second month and already notice some belly fat shrinking. I feel more energized and started walking 4 miles every day on my lunch break. I work in an office, so I'm sitting pretty much all day. Now I was able to break that and started walking. I think this is a good start for me to go back to my habits that I had in my 40s. Thank you!
