Order 2624 not delivered.

I made the order 2624 and they never sent the products. The order was marked as delivered when i first contacted them on the 13th of september. They only replyed on the 27th of september after i contacted paypal to request a refund. On their reply, they made no apologies and threw me to delivery estimated dates that were added to their webpage on that same day. Even after 17 days there wasn't even a tracking number for the order, a clear indicator that they were not being honest. They didn't own their responsability and they even deleted my account. I'm filling criminal charges against them so that no one else has to go through a similar process.

Only received half my order

Only received half my order.
I ordered 4 beyblades from the shop, but only received 2. Before ordering, they were quick and serviceminded in their response, but now, they are not responding to my messages.

I have been asked to supply further details. I Can document with mails as well as a dispute reimbursement by Nets EU, order no and photos.
