Ordering is easy and the virtual try on is helpful in picking a good pair that fits. I have had several pairs as I am a lifetime customer due to the quality and service.

I don’t write reviews but I am a new customer to bex after wearing Oakley,ray ban, and costa for years Back in December I saw their beautiful booth at cowboy Christmas in Las Vegas and decided to check them out & was immediately welcomed by their staff, they helped me pick out the perfect pair that fit my big face! I love how lightweight and comfortable they are, and true to the name they really do stay on my face like no other, this last week I let my daughter take my truck out & they fell out the cab & smashed on the floor, I called the customer service line at bex & within seconds the lady named scarlette greeted me on the phone & was SO helpful, I didn’t know claiming a warranty would be so easy! And $40 dollars for a brand new pair is SUCH a steal ! The customer service was so good I had to write a review, Kudos to you scarlette & thank you everyone at bex for making an amazing product

I love these glasses! I’ve always worn quality sunglasses. Oakleys, Ray Bans…A couple of my coworkers wear Bex. I decided to try a pair after I saw the quality of theirs. I was not disappointed! The packaging is even cool! The carrying case is the best one I’ve seen and getting a repair tool is awesome! Life is way too short to wear cheap sunglasses. I’ll be a Bex customer from now on.

BEX sunglasses are trash. This is my second pair of them. I tried to do a warranty on it. If you do not have your receipt they will not honor them. I’ve had the sunglasses for one month. My advice is go back to Oakley or Ray band. Bex is a joke if I could give this place is zero I would but I had to give it one.

I ordered 2 pairs of glasses and still have only got one pair. Been waiting for a month. I don’t know when I’ll get my second in the mail

My sunglasses are amazing. Work great. Look great. Feel great.

Never given the 10% for signing up?

My husband and I both bought a pair of Bex sunglasses @ $200 a piece and we love the sunglasses. Well my husband had a screw come out on the hinge piece and he called and was told they do not replace them. He even was wanting to buy them just because he loves the glasses.It fid come with 4 screws in both of our sunglasses case BUT not the hinge screws 😡 After they would not sell him those screws and back their product we WILL NEVER BUY BEX GLASSES again and we referred several people to buy them as well.Not good customer service in my opinion!

I bought a pair from my local feed store a few months ago and the were laying on my jacket in my truck and as I pulled my jacket out they fell on the ground and layed there for a day and a half and someone or something stepped on them and they broke I sent the company a picture of the broken glasses and a recipe and they sent me a brand new pair of glasses for 40$ I honestly don’t mind paying 40 for my own stupidity and they just make the process so seamless and smooth both company and products 10 outta 10 any day anytime y’all are amazing! Thank you guys so much for all you do!

Have both Jaxyn XL and Wesley. These are both great glasses. The quality is beyond expectations, clarity of lenses better than any on the market. Can't go wrong with Bex sunglasses.
