I had a very frustrating experience with customer support. I ordered a black trouser but received a white one. Unfortunately, there is no option on the app or website to return the order, and the only way to contact support is through email. When I reached out, they insisted that I initiate the return from the app, but as I mentioned multiple times, there is no such option available. Despite explaining the situation clearly at least four times, they kept repeating the same instructions without addressing my concern. Now, they’ve stopped responding altogether.

Beware of Fraud by Bewakoof Brands
I ordered a T-shirt from Bewakoof.com on September 25, 2024, with delivery promised by October 3, 2024. The product was never delivered, and despite repeated follow-ups, I only received irrelevant responses. On October 14, I was told the item was unavailable, and a refund was promised within 3-5 days. It’s now over a month, and the refund has not been issued. This is outright fraud. Their lack of accountability and poor customer service is unacceptable. I urge everyone to avoid buying from Bewakoof to prevent similar experiences.

You are fraudsters. It's been 15days of absolute nightmare since I ordered from them. No one offers any solution. The office is not where it's mentioned on the website. No customer support number. None reverts on the email. Once you order, your money is gone and you have nothing to show for it. One rating coz zero was not an option

Frankly, it feels like "Bewakoof" is indeed living up to its name here, as this mix-up has been not only disappointing but a complete waste of my time.

1. Order number 70037117: Men's Deep Teal Killmonger Graphic Printed Sweatshirt
- Ordered Color: Deep Teal
- Delivered Color: Green (completely different from what was displayed and expected)

2. Order number 92265478: Men's Blue Trickster Loki Graphic Printed Oversized T-Shirt
- Ordered Style: Full Sleeves
- Delivered Style: Half Sleeves and does not have the same graphics as shown in the picture, completely different from what was displayed and expected

I specifically ordered these items for an upcoming trip on Monday, and receiving the wrong products has caused unnecessary inconvenience. Instead of addressing the issue directly, customer support has merely explained the return process.

While I managed to return one item, I am unable to return the second as it arrived without tags and is the incorrect product. The pickup agent also claims they haven’t received the necessary instructions to collect it.

Furthermore, I find it frustrating that the wallet credit is non-refundable, especially since I have no interest in making another purchase from this site after such a disappointing experience.

Ordered two pairs of shoes with cash on delivery, but received only one incorrect pair and was charged for both. No support from the team to resolve the issue. Very disappointed. Company is eligible for minus ratings. If is it possible I'll definitely gave -100 to bewakoof.

Is it possible to give negative rating?! Then I would definitely go for that only. Fraud people, sitting there to cheat people's hard earned money!

This is fake order. This is not my order or my address. My bewakoof account got hacked and 549 rs used to place this fake order.
Bewakoof.com is involved in this scam. I have many proofs to prove involvement of bewakoof.com in this scam you are running this scam since very old days. Many people have similar complaint.
Kindly refund my 549 back to my wallet.

Horrible tricky website, they will deliver the product to your location but at the time of returning, they will simply say that we don't have pickup facility to your location.

They will ask you to self ship your order and then they will provide you incorrect address without any contact number mentioned.

Nice Quality of T-shirt, price is very affordable also the fabric is very comfortable.

I placed an order with Bewakoof on April 17th, and it's now April 25th, and my order hasn't even shipped yet! What a disappointment! I have made the full payment. I've reached out to customer support multiple times, but all I get is the runaround. They promise to call back within 15 minutes, but guess what? No callback! It's been 8 days of frustration, and I still don't have my order. Bewakoof, you've truly lived up to your name with this one – what a bunch of Bewakoofs!

This company just shows the thing differently but the service is just tatti.
Amazon refunds within the minutes once the item gets picked. This fake app takes 4-5 days and only then of you continue mailing them for refunds. Don’t buy from this app. Don’t get the victim of this fake app.

They are a bunch of CROOKS and THEIVES.
I ordered 6 Tshirts from them on a PREPAID ORDER during SALE.

What they did next is ABSOLUTELY UNETHICAL and straight up CHEATING.
As they DO NOT HAVE STOCK to FULFILL ORDER, they sent me RANDOM TSHIRTS to show that they have completed the order.

The Fun begins later as YOU HAVE TO RETURN THE ITEM
THEY WILL REFUND YOU, AGAIN, REFUND
THEY WILL NOT SEND YOU THE CORRECT ORDER as they DO NOT HAVE THE STOCK, they just love to DUPE CUSTOMERS of their MONEY.

Their after sales service is pathetic. In my case, I ordered a pair of jogger pants. I found it unsuitable and poor in quality so I requested a return. After a week when I did not get any update I contacted them via email. I was shocked and surprised by their response regarding the return request. He told me to send the items back through local courier on my own capacity. I politely asked them that I don't have time to arrange it, please send your delivery partner to collect it and refund my money. Almost 2 months have completed, they have sent me the same message again and again saying that you have to send it through local courier as per your capacity. Now, I have given up hope that they will ever take back the

defective item and refund my money.

Color, quality fitting evrything is good. It has become first choice for my future purchases in t-shirts I m giving 4 star due to minor issue: one of three t-shirt has press impression on it. It could have been avoided by steam press or pressing with layer of other cloth.

Terrible website at all.
First of all they send wrong products to customer. When return request is placed and confirmed by team they dont come for pick up.
When I reached their support centre in regards to status of pickup of product they stated that
"After a thorough validation process, we regret to inform you that, unfortunately, the return request for the product has not met our criteria for acceptance".
When I asked them on what criteria did the return request was cancelled they dont provide any answer instead keep sending the same mail again and again.
I guess it's a bogus and fraud company and making fool of themselves and customers.
It's more than a month the wrong product is lying with me.
