Terrible!!

Terrible!!! Bought a men's down winter coat, size XL. Took almost 3 weeks to get the coat. Looked nice when 1st taken out of the packaging. Even said XL on the coat tag. When I tried it on, it is at least 2 sizes smaller than an XL. Maybe they meant to advertize it as a child's XL because it wouldn't even fit my average size female partner.

I asked to get my money back. Have recieved an offer for 30% money back if I return the coat and pay freight. They have sent 4 emails saying to read the return/refund policy. States that the coats are not refundable.

I would give zero stars to this false advertizing, lousy customer service and sham of a so called company if it were possible. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING from these guys. Linked in post is next. With over 1000 connections, hopefully can drive these guys out of business.
