Bevan Brittan LLP has behaved in an…

Bevan Brittan LLP has behaved in an utterly disgraceful and unprofessional manner. Instead of respecting a legally obtained County Court Judgment (CCJ), they have chosen to obstruct enforcement and frustrate the lawful outcome. Their communication has been evasive, dismissive, and deliberately misleading — behaviour entirely unbecoming of a regulated law firm.

A firm that undermines the authority of the court and obstructs justice cannot be trusted to act with honesty or integrity. If you value transparency, ethics, and respect for the rule of law, avoid Bevan Brittan LLP at all costs. Their conduct brings shame to the legal profession.

Devils advocate

These solicitors represent negligent NHS hospitals. I put forth my letter before action and they paid for sub par experts and ultimately denied any wrong doing on all counts, despite my case being overwhelmingly a case of logic and common sense that a child could understand it's basic negligence. They are devil's advocates for the devil and ensure patients that have been harmed by the NHS do not receive justice. Awful, corrupt people. They do not properly read your letter before action and ask the wrong questions to their expert as a result of not reading the letter before action properly. Unintelligent solicitors.

Avoid

My property failed to sell at Savills auction. I decided not to list the property in the next upcoming auction as advised by bevan brittan. I was presented with an invoice of £2229.00 to be paid in 15 days.I doubt I'll get anywhere with their complaints department hence I'll be going to the solicitors ombudsman. Avoid at all cost.

Hidden charges - Property sale via Savills

This firm was recommended to me by Savills to turn a legal pack around in good time for a probate property sale via auction. I got stung right at the end with hidden charges for some advice via email which was absolutely essential to completing the sale.

I wish that I was made aware of the extra charge while it was accumulating, it feels more like they think they deserved a tip as the £500 (+VAT) "Our fee" charge got added to the completion statement just before it was issued. I was advised it the charge was for the "extra work" that had to be done for the freehold transfer, although I'm actually the one who had to do all the extra work while they fired off a few extra one-liner emails! I also would have rather sort professional advice elsewhere because the advice I was given was in drips and drabs, and only sort to compound an already aggravated situation.

I certainly wouldn't recommend this firm!
