I contacted this company on 10/17/26 regarding products they carry, as I was interested in product information, and when stock of a particular product would return to in stock status. I never received a response. I contacted them on 10/21/26, asking again. Still no response. The moral of this short story: They did not get my business, and I went with a different company who has already shipped me what I needed. Don’t do business with Bueta. If they cannot respond to a simple email about products their customer service is lacking and they don’t care about your business.

Having an issue with an order. The sub-total increases by a few hundred dollars when I select the checkout button (subtotal only, I understand tax and freight are different). I cannot get in touch with anyone to save my life, by phone or email. It has been a week. What if I were a customer with product in-hand and needed help. Not sure I would recommend this company.

Terrible and rude service from
Customer service when you need to return something.
When I contacted customer services to return a rug, they were everything but unhelpful. They just sent me a link to arrange a return by myself, which was totally useless as it needed a lot of info and forms that I did not have as a customer! When I wrote back I explained this and asked them to send me a return labelb but again, they (Paulo) were totally rude by saying that I had to do it myself because of brexit (!!!). As I did not have the requested (by dhl) forms I insisted, pointing out that every respectable company that deals internationally should have a proper return system in place! Eventually, after an other rude response, I received the requested return label and papers!
Awful experience, will NOT buy from this company again!
