avoid Uniqstore poor quality and no refund

ordered a phone case from Uniqstore on April 9, 2025 (Order #1225), which was advertised as a "Hailey Bieber Rhode case" with lip balm storage. Upon receiving the product on April 17, I found the quality to be extremely poor, and it didn't match the description or images from their website.
I reached out to the company the same day to request a refund, but I received no response. I posted a review on their website, but it was deleted. I then posted a second review, which I suspect may also be removed. This suggests they're actively suppressing negative feedback.
Eventually, I contacted them again, and they confirmed my refund would be processed. However, even after 10 days, i still have not received the refund.
I would advise others to be cautious when purchasing from Unikstore due to their misleading advertising and poor customer service.
