I am a user since 2023 and all of a sudden on My user id is 539126495 and my i account was restricted on 24th august. I emailed all my documents on 24th august and after this I sent over 5 reminder email
They are not replying. The customer says keep on waiting. It was been over 10 days now. This is a fraud app. They even reversed my winnings on 24th August. It is okay for them if you keep loosing but if you win they will restrict your account and then the sector team won't reply. Stay away from this app.

Betwinner is ridiculous. They stopped my withdrawal for security reasons on 6th of august. On 7th of august un morning i mailed them and they asked for the documents i sent all the necessary documents and they said the security check us under process and the id will be verified within 24 hours.
After waiting for 24 hours i didnt recieve any mail so i asked them if they want any more documents or why my id is not verified since then they keep on asking me to wait. They dont need any more documents just waiting for me to loose all the money so they dont have to provide me withdrawal.
Guys be safe. The same thing can happen with u once u win they will not let you withdraw in name kf security reasons. N even after sending all the documents they will not verify your id and keep asking you to wait till indefinite time. Till you loose all your money they will not verify your id.
When you try to be strict on them or get angry they blackmiled me saying they will permanently block my id.
So now u know. Betwinner has simple strategy. Once you deposit. Its good if u do loss. But if u do profit they will not let u withdraw. Ask for documents n not reply untill u loose it all. N if you keep mailing or calling thrm they will blackmail you to block your id so you cant even mail them or call them.
Be cautious. Do not llay on betwinner till i update my reciew and they give me my money back.

This is a scam, i lost two multiple withdrawals already! I just made a withdrawal request of the amount of 300 EGP and on the APP the message from the operator says withdrawal successful but i never got anything, sent emails to info-en@betwinner but they never resolved anything even though i attached all the screenahots proving everything, they responded aking me for further details and now thet want me to take a video using a different phone which is rediculous !!! Avoid Betwinner: Account Frozen Without Reason
