Absolutely awful.
Ordered item (iPhone 12 mini case).
No communication from supplier after taking two weeks to arrive. On arrival, item was low quality, stiff with side buttons not working.
Had to email to request refund before being allowed to send back (why is this aspect not automated?) No response from betwenty and therefore money down the drain.

If I had been spending more I would have complained to consumer watchdog.
Honestly, one of the worst online order experiences I’ve had in 20 years.

I have now purchased four phone cases from betwentys and love each one. I had difficulty choosing a design because there are so many unique ones to choose from. The phone case itself is very protective yet not bulky in any way. It is slim and the material is not slippery but yet not quite gel-like. I have had multiple people ask where I purchased my phone case and I never hesitate to give the betwentys websitel.

I purchased from this site, they sent me my product but unfortunately the post sent it back after some days without knowing anything. Nobody contact me. I contacted them but since then nobody helped me. I just lost my money and I paid a lot. They didn't care at all. I won't buy anything again and lose again money. Do better next time with communication with the customer.

Great Boba squishy, good value. Delivery took about 2 weeks and was unable to track using given link. Brilliant product though, thanks!

Awful retailer - took weeks for the toy to arrive from China it is a knock off of a more reputable brand and they will only let me return it at my own expense, despite the fact they didn’t deliver the item in the time frame they said they would.

I love so many products on BeTwenties! They always have something slightly different that catches my eye. Fast delivery and fab customer service!!

Very good informative site and very happy with my purchase - It Totally put a smile on my grandson’s face.

The product was fine but delivery took way too long with no estimated delivery time and no updates or tracking. I wouldn’t use them again.

I ordered a kitchen utensil set, which I have to say is very nice on the 9th Dec , it wasn’t dispatched until the 16th Dec! Eventually on the 20th Dec it arrived in London at the customs office only to sit there until well after Christmas, so a rather late Christmas present for someone. Disappointing as I didn’t think it would take best part if three weeks to arrive.

Product was good, but the delivery was late.

Parcel came more then one week late.
I found black finger marks and glue spots on the toy I ordered.

It was groovy swag

I found this “creative gift store” from Facebook and bought the “Glass plant bulb case with wooden stand” as a gift for my friend’s new home. Surprisingly, there was no packaging of the gift. And when I asked the store for the reason, they just asked me to wrap it up by myself.

What a “creative” idea suggested by a creative gift store!

I love the product except that the coloring is way off then what is shown online. I got a super dark shade green and it looked off to me. other than that I love the fact that it's Snorlax! :)

All perfect. Perfect delivery time and product. Their customer service was so so helpful. Would recommend:)
