Same old Betway- no customer service
This morning I have noticed a pending payment of 30€ from my credit card account to Betway.
I requested that they deleted my account years ago. I just tried to log in and it says it is locked.
I cannot dispute this with my bank until it goes through, but firstly, I emailed Betway.es to alert them. They sent me what looks like an auto response telling me to go to the help centre on the website. There is no help for fraud and although I have tried chat, the bot doesn't understand.
This is Betway's problem yet they take no responsibility. I cannot deposit money in to an account I have no access to, so someone is using my card details.

Theft of my funds
I tried to enter my account today and discovered the entire funds of over £ 1000 have been stolen. When trying to ask on live chat, I just receive ‘I do not understand’. This is blatant theft. I am reporting you immediately.
