1 bonus acrorss 7 or 8 deposits and across weeks. That was about £9 so less than every deposit i ever made🙄
90% dead spins literally everyday every week across 5-10 games atleast 8 would return £0 this from anything from 10 to 30 spins per game.
Id say from a £20 deposit realistically youre looking at anything from £2-£4 in returns and thats prolly all coming from 1 or maybe 2 games cause the rest will return nothing or 5p.
Ive removed the casino part as its just absurd it plays the same everyday for weeks youre supposed to see variance and volitility but you simply dont and its not even like your getting gametime .. your deposit is going to spiral to zero at an almighty speed youll play 3-5 games and theyll return literally nothing so that 10 deposit you made thats quickly on 2 quid without you winning or if ya did its most likely just 5 or 10p.

Missing my winning bets from my account
I currently have over 50 open bets in my account, and I’ve encountered a serious issue with Bettom.
Several of my bets have either gone missing entirely or have been incorrectly settled as losses when they were actually winning bets. These were outright bets placed around a year ago.
When I contacted customer support, I was asked to provide the bet IDs. Given how old these bets are, this meant going through an entire year’s worth of betting history manually. After spending a significant amount of time doing this, I was only able to locate 2 of the affected bets—while at least 3 others are still missing.
Despite explaining this, I’ve now been told that without the bet IDs, Bettom cannot investigate or resolve the issue. This is extremely frustrating, as it effectively means I am being denied winnings simply because I cannot retrieve old reference numbers from their system.
From a customer’s perspective, this is unacceptable. Betting platforms should have proper records and be able to investigate accounts without placing the entire burden on the user—especially when the issue appears to be on their side.
I would strongly urge Bettom to review this situation properly and take responsibility for resolving missing and incorrectly settled bets.

From 5 stars to 1 in a week at first thought they were good as Fast payers. great and quick in responding customer services.
