I ordered a cardigan back in time April, never received the item or a refund despite emails to the company.

Scam. Do bot buy from here.

The item never arrived. No reply from the seller. Didn’t answer the phone either.

The dress and well made and comfortable to wear, and a elegant as it looked in the picture!
Service was quick.

This company was quick enough to take my money but never delivered my purchase. Sent several emails and no reply! and when I tried to phone the company it said line out of service. How is this company allowed to operate? After reading so many reviews of people having the same issue as myself!

If I could give 0 stars I would. Ordered a top in November, chased in December and January. No response from contact form on the website. Had to go through PayPal dispute to get my money back.

Don't even think they are still operating but have just left the website up. Do not buy from them!

Never received my order they took payment and I have consistently have tried contacting them and nobody has replied. I have had to open a case with consumer dispute to try and get my money back

I ordered a blouse from you on 31.10.22, and have never received it, I emailed twice, my daughter emailed you and I tried calling you and absolutely nothing.

I didn't receive my order. There was no number to contact and no one replied to my numerous emails.
Awful and I won't be using again. Only resolved when I opened a case with my bank - hugely disappointing.

I bought a dress in September and have not received it till today

Never actually received my order!! I’ve tried to contact the company on several occasions but have never had a reply!! I will never use them again and would not recommend using them!! Shocking company!!

I have been charged through klarna but not yet received the package.
I have contacted them but no reply and no record of any orders.
I'm still waiting for a reply
Or even acknowledgement of order .

I ordered a dress, never heard from Bettie vintage, about my order, despite repeated calls, emails etc, asking where the dress was or where my money was until I put a really bad review online, then my money miraculously reappeared back in my account!! Can't believe you've took this long to ask for a review either!!

If I could give zero stars I would. This company took my money and haven’t sent the item I ordered. I’ve tried to make contact on multiple occasions with no success. I will be contacting trading standards. It’s complete fraud.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. They took my money and didn’t send anything!!! I have contacted them so many times and still nothing!!!!!! ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE SCAMMERS. I will be reporting this to the powers that be, who ever that is. Watchdog maybe??

This company should be avoided at all costs, literally! The dress I ordered on the 5th August has not arrived and never any response from this company. I am now getting a refund from Paypal. I note many other customers have had exactly the same problem as me.

Unfortunately the dress I ordered was far too big and didn't match the measurements on the size guide at all.
I sent the dress back weeks ago and haven't had a response to my emails.
I went through PayPal and I now have my refund, although they claim there was no return slip inside and this is why there was a delay.
I still wouldn't shop here again, it was a lot of bother and I had to go through a 3rd party to be heard.

Never received my order and have been waiting months for a refund!
When they did try to refund me on PayPal it said that the payer cancelled the refund.
Months later and I’m still trying to get my money back!!

Don’t order from this company!!!!!

I Sent my dress back as it didn’t fit and even put the dress on a tracker with Royal Mail, bette vintage received my order as it notified me via Royal Mail, and they haven’t issued a refund it’s been a month now! They won’t answer their calls or emails absolutely nothing! I am disgusted in how a company can be so unprofessional! You can’t be making much profit if your clinging on to peoples money! Taking further action!
