Signed me up to a subscription I never agreed to have, and now sent several emails to cancel without a reply.
Do not order from them unless you are happy for them to store your bank details and sign you up to a subscription.

i ordered 2 Glucosamine pots by mistake i e mailed customer service.Unfortunately the order had been sent out a couple of days later i received an e mail from Jade and was offered a 10% discount and an apology which i appreciated

Placed an order and everything arrived in good time. However, it has been a month since the order and I received an email this morning about my next delivery! I seem to be blissfully unaware that I have been subscribed to the same order every month. I have contacted them by email (as you actually can't cancel the subscription through the website). I think it's all a bit dodgy - I should've read the reviews on here before ordering. I fear this is going to be a long and painful journey to get my money back and cancel this subscrition!

Truly noticeable difference in my skin and nails after about 5weeks. I will continue for sure! excellent price too!

Customer service is great, patti was able to come up with a solution to my problem - 10/10 for service. Vitamins are great also, defo sticking to this brand!

They have taken money from my pension claiming I did a rolling monthly agreement...... I MOST DEFINITELY DID NOT Contact your bank if they do this to you .... For a block on them and return of your funds

I had purchased Berberine from this company on the recommendation of a nutritionist and Google AI directed me to this company for the quality of the product. Unfortunately, I found the product too harsh on my stomach so I needed to cancel the subscription. I had seen that the customer service wasn’t great on recent reviews so I was worried I would be stuck paying and receiving something I didn’t want. However, it was the complete opposite, their customer service was very prompt in the response, gave me options and was able to cancel my subscription instantly. I actually thanked them for making it so easy for me.

At the end of my order, I thought you were offering me a discount but you added a bottle. When an order is sent, you should allow for changes. Poor customer service

Bettervits shipped my item quickly and I received it prior to my flight to South Korea. Great company to do business with. Really good customer service.

I can only echo what many others have said about this company and their subscription practices. They are underhand and potentially fraudulent. I placed a one-off order and have - on return from my holiday - received a second lot and an email informing me a third lot was on its way. not ordered by me, not wanted, not needed, but £60.00 taken from my account. Dear Bettervits, I want my money back. Your unsolicited item is here, awaiting your collection. Dto. with the next one. Also, any self-respecting company allows customers telephone contact for swift resolution of problems.

Good products quick delivery

Considering I needed to sort out a not-easy situation I found that Bettervits reacted in an amazingly positive way and I would definitely recommend them to others.

A very helpful and accommodating assistant dealt with my concern promptly and effectively, as on a previous occasion pre Covid.

Real shame, products are ok. NumerousSubscription issues, if you reschedule you get charged single bottle price. Emails for subscription sent after they have taken money from bank account. Returns were impossible.
Deliberately difficult system to navigate to put you off from either to reschedule a subscription or cancel.Getting in contact with them is also quite difficult.
