Don’t buy from the company! If you do good luck trying to return the product. They pretty much do not let you return anything. Had sent an email stating I wanted to return a set and was told it was going to be way more costly to return than it was to buy. When I asked what are the charges in detail, I have been ghosted. So now I have a set I’ll never wear in my closet and honestly I’ll probably just trash because no one should wear it!

Do not buy anything from this company! The material is completely see through. When I asked to return, I was offered a 50% refund instead of returning to “avoid the hassle of returning the item”. When I asked for a return label, I got no response. They have no number or address listed online and only an email address. I filed a complaint with my credit card company, which were unable to do anything. I further filed with the better business bureau in hopes this does not happen to anyone else. I never got a resolution as they refused to answer the better business bureau and my credit card said technically I made the purchase and they could not force them to send me a label. Their products are a complete waste of money. Do not buy!!

The cut of the one piece I have received is very different than on the picture. Not really good quality either. When I texted several times for a return, no answer. Buy it cheaper somewhere else

Worst company ever. As a woman of color and curvy woman I attempted to let them know the swimsuit was too see through, they refused to accept a return and offered a 50% refund. I accepted as my hands were tied they stopped responding completely so it was a trick essentially. Terrible quality swimsuit as well. Some cheap mesh. Don’t buy

Super bad customer service! The size is off - very small. I wanted to exchange it to a bigger size, but they would just stop responding, when I asked for a return label.

I ordered two swimsuits and was very excited to receive these “not see through” swimwear that has such catching promotions. But instead I received poor quality products… the fabric stains everything it touches and sizes are off.. I’m between sizes XS and S, but don’t like my clothes and specially swimsuit be too tight, so I ordered size S and simply couldn’t pull a bottom part past my knee… the waist is so tied like it made for a doll, doesn’t check out with the size guide they have on their website.. Honestly, such a bad experience and the customer support didn’t provide any support after generated standard email… don’t know how to get my money back

GOD AWFUL COMPANY. Everything everyone else is saying is true. It’s a scam company. The bathing suit doesn’t even work plus it’s made of dental floss! They force you to pay for your own shipping label to BULGARIA for hundreds of dollars or offer only a 50% store credit. EVEN THOUGH they have a 100% satisfaction guaranteed or money back plus they stated my items were returnable. COMPLETE SCAM!

I purchased two swimsuits. Due to the fit, I requested to return them. I received a message stating that I would receive 50% off future orders along with half of my return money. I refused and requested a label for a proper return and refund. It’s been two weeks and I have t heard from the company. It seems like they are waiting so that I am unable to meet their return deadline. I will never use this company again and will continue to tell anyone who asks that they should never buy anything from them.

Complete false advertising. I tan quickly and all I got were new tan lines! The swim suit is sturdy but not worth the price if you're looking for a tan-through solution.

Can’t return swimsuit- they will force you to pay hundreds of dollars to ship it to Bulgaria and eat the cost of the return to possibly get a refund… SCAMMY

Their sizing charts are wildly off. The fit is terrible, the product feels cheap and apparently it’s “very expensive” to return and the customer service gives you the runaraound.

I haven't even tanned in it yet, for one the bottoms I couldn't even pull up on my leg and the whole thing is completely see through, yeah there's some coverage but you can see what is under it for sure. Lol the sizing is ridiculous, no stretch or give. I usually wear a small and couldn't even get the small passed my thigh.

This company stands by their products. They are fast and reliable. The product is a unique one, and I am glad I ordered.

The order arrived fast, the blouse color is beautiful, the confection is of good quality.

I can't believe how bad the quality and size are! DON’T BUY IT!!! I’ve tried to return mine and have already emailed them more than five times without any response. How is it possible to return something in 30 days if the customer service is so bad? And if that isn't enough, you have to pay 20 euros to send it back. The biggest scam ever!

If I could give zero stars I would. Would absolutely not buy again. This product feels cheap like it’s going to break any second. The plus size products, you can tell, were not made with plus sized bodies in mind. These brands need to start testing their products and all the sizes they offer on ALL sized bodies. My body is plus sized but i am tall, so I still hold a generally lean figure as to other people in my size who have more curves and it STILL doesn’t fit me. This brand is definitely not inclusive to all body shapes and sizes. Wish I never wasted my money on this product.

I am extremely disappointed with the false advertisement. Swimsuit top string was not long enough to achieve advertised ”look”.

Was emailing back for three weeks with customer service, until was finally sent a prepaid label I had to pay for myself which is $20. Check the return policy beforehand they do not offer free returns, even if the product is not as advertised like in my experience.

Was even offered a full refund if I left a positive review!!

I did not use the swimsuit, so could not test it out.
In other “ real” customer reviews I did see and read that it is false advertisement, and DOES leave
tan lines.

I think I learned my lesson never buy random stuff on social media platforms.

Positive experience overall. The bathing suit was too small, so keep in mind as you order that they seem to run small. Customer service was friendly and timely.

Honestly, I love the concept of a no tan bikini. I am in a lot of weddings this summer with many different neck lines and the only way I can get away with all of them without the tan lines was this! The only issue I have is that I am not 20 years old anymore and do not have perky breasts like I used to so the thin fabric/thin straps are not flattering for my body personally. However, the customer service is amazing and this is a perfect swim suit for when you are just wanting to layout in the sun alone at home, which is what I will be using this for. I look forward to getting rid of these tan lines 😍

Although the swimsuit were smaller than expected and didn’t fit me well, I found the costumer service to be very kind and helpful and very responsive. I really appreciated the solutions they offered and all their help. I would recommend to friends
