Takes $$; Doesn't ship order; Makes excuses
Placed an order for 3 pairs of shoes at about $275 in late August. Was charged the full amount after being requested via email to verify the shoe sizes, which I did. No tracking # was ever issued, but is required to follow up on an order. Only "auto-responders" named "Jack Better" reply to inquiries but offer no useful information. Bot reply, "I am very sorry for the problem with your order. Please open a non-delivery claim so I can refund your money", with a statement that PayPal has frozen their account so they cannot issue a direct refund. No link to "non-delivery claim" form is provided; not available on vendor's website. I paid by credit card, not from a PayPal account.
I have a temporary credit from my credit card account unless or until bettergift4y.com disputes my claim.
