The concept is good, as my hands are always wet. Unfortunately it was far too uncomfortable for me to wear as it dug into my skin between the thumb and forefinger. I would have returned it, but paying $15.95 twice in shipping, was nearly the cost of the product itself! So there it sits in my draw. This one needs to be tried first at a retailer or physiotherapist, not online. I also found out after I'd purchased it, it wasn't suitable if you have advanced arthritis, which I do. But worth a try.

LESSON; Don't count your chickens before they hatch!

How bout doing the following instead of back to front like the Unprofessionals do!

1) confirmation paid for
2) confirmation package packed & sent
3) allow time for deliver y arrival
4) have decency to give a week to try the product before asking for feedback

If you did all 4 above you would get better feedback, but at this moment none of the 4 has happened
And when I ring to enquire, don't agree, then lie, and do nothing about anything!

I measured wrist and ordered size suggested. It is too tight. Need next size.

Good advice when I called for sizes for the thumb brace.
