A really trust-able seller
Two times I bought a book from Better-Books
For some reason the payee or someone provide a wrong address
The books were sent back
And Better -Books gave me a full return

It was a little confusing that you advertised the 2018 Quickbooks and then started talking about 2017 and actually sent 2017. The link to 2018 did not come until the next day.
All is now good.

I had called due to a minor issue and not reached anyone. They called me back! We were able to get that issue resolved and I'm now using QuickBooks. Quite happy with them!

This company is amazing! Such a wealth of knowledge. They were so helpful in regards to determining the best QuickBooks product required for our small business, and in the process saved us money. They assisted with data transfer between QuickBooks versions. They also were instrumental with our desire to synch data between our web store/shopping cart program, and auto load to QuickBooks. My order of Quickbooks Pro 2017 went very smooth and Yev confirmed our order each step of the way. He also contacted me to see if there was any problems during installation and provided a direct contact number for Intuit support to help me through a couple of glitches. Will definitely use Yev / BBO for software purchases in the future.

Purchased QuickBooks from betterbooksonline.com . I was happy with the speed of response and with followups. They offer both mailed CD version and downloadable version. The downloadable version took 1 day as license needed to be validated by Intuit. They work directly with Intuit. Besides selling QuickBooks software they also sell hardware for Point of Sale devices. Recommended.
