Thankyou Better Bargains for a great service. I appreciate your continual updates of my order. It arrived safely and was exactly as described and ordered. I will be back when I next require any products that you supply. Highly recommended. Best regards, Bryan

Disgusting customer service

Disgusting customer service. I emailed and asked a question about my order then got my head ripped off. I replied in the email and said there’s no need to be rude. Caroline then sent me ongoing emails about how I must be an unpleasant person? All because I simply asked a question about my order. I spent $400 and she refused to give me a refund for my items that weren’t being sent. The most appalling behaviour and holding my money after I have asked for it back multiple times? Have already contacted a legal team and also AAAC. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM HERE

Terrible customer service

After receiving my order from them I realized one of the items they sent was different to what I ordered. I tried to send an email to the address they provided but it didn't work. So I sent a text message to the number they provided. Here's the conversation I had with them:

Me:
"Hi, I've just received my order (Order number: #xxxx).
Everything was fine except for the seat cover. Instead of the blue/black I ordered I got a black/black.
They are at slightly different prices but mostly I really would have preferred the blue.
Was this a mistake or something else happened? I couldn't find any explanation in the box.

Thanks"

Their response:

"Stock of blue/black has run out in Australia so the closest is sent

We are flat out and didn't think an explanation was essential, sorry that they didn't write a note

Zuca Australia"

Me:

"Well, it is not what I ordered and I would think being busy is a plus for your business. Customer service shouldn't be a victim of you being 'flat out'..."

To which I got the following response:

"Wow, what a nasty person, in future buy zuca from anywhere else but here

How dare you speak to others like this

But I appreciate you thanking us for having a sale so you get prices that you can't get anywhere else in the world, and sending it quickly so you can receive it this quickly

Perhaps you need to learn to be grateful

You might have others around you being co dependant to you but businesses don't need to be"
