They provide a needed service for people without or don’t want to use insurance. My problem is the way they treat their therapists. Their pay scale is disgusting. This reflects in quality of care. Money doesn’t always reflect quality but in this case it does. I have heard horror story after horror story from clients coming from better help.
I canceled my membership within the right time frame after purchasing for a 1 month membership ( in my case it’s the 8th of May I canceled because the 9th was the last day I could cancel). And I payed for my 1 month subscription of course. Now I see o got billed for a second month after cancelling?
I don’t want this second month and I already canceled !! Also when I try to cancel and go through the steps of canceling my membership and I confirm, when I go to the app again it says my membership will be renewed on the 16th of June? I don’t want a new membership and I want a FULL REFUND for the second month since I already canceled!
Stop my membership asap and refund me for this second month!!
