Nicht zu empfehlen! Nicht nur, dass man keine Sendungsnummer erhält, es werden auch keine Liefertermine eingehalten. Meine Matratze ist immer noch verschollen und der Kundenservice meldet sich auch nicht mehr zurück. Eine absolute Frechheit. Ich würde wirklich jeden von dieser Firma abraten.
4-6 Wochen Lieferzeit bei Bestellung. 9 Wochen hat es tatsächlich gedauert. Das größere Problem war allerdings, dass ein Seitenbrett des Bettes nicht verleimt war, bei der Montage auseinandergefallen ist, mir einen Hacker in der Parkett gemacht hat und ich nach meiner Reklamation nun seit über einer Woche auf Feedback warte, wann Ersatz kommt.
