Won 23k+ euro. Tried to verify a lot of times rejected. Did all the things docs they needed. Resorts me to use my Eu partners I'd since they didn't accepts my ID which is against I know but as much as I wanna provide all they needed. They really don't wanna pay my winnings imagine. They better give back my deposit than my winnings. I used to love the site no problem with deposits but when I tried to withdraw all shits happens they even disabled and blocked my accounts from their site. And confiscated my winnings. Scammmm

Don't take the bonus!!!!!!!!
well everything was ok, until I put 50 euro to play roulette and got 15 euro bonus on deposit, so totaal playing 65 euro with bonus. I played until I was down to to 9 euro and stopped. The next day I played again, and got lucky and my credit was 128 euro. then went down to 100 euro. Suddenly, the 100 euro was gone and withdrawn from the account. After contact with customer service, they told me the bonus is valid for a certain time, you Can't Cash it. And that's why they took out the 100 euro. Does not sound Fair or Just to me, it wasbjust 15 euro bonus.!!!! So never again will I be cheated with a bonus...

No response, no trust
I have tried multiple times to contact Betsixty via email and their chat function, but I get no response. My requests for a refund have been completely ignored. This company is not trustworthy. I strongly advise others to stay away.
